Our Construction Safety Training is designed for busy field crews and project managers who have to balance schedules, subs, and safety every single day. We come to your job site or shop and focus on the hazards your people actually face - falls, struck‑by incidents, caught‑in/between situations, electrical exposures, equipment movement, and more.
We start with hazard recognition, teaching workers how to read a site as soon as they step out of the truck. From there, we move into practical controls: guardrails, personal fall arrest, housekeeping, traffic control, trench protection, and lockout/tagout around temporary power and equipment. We integrate personal protective equipment selection and use, not just by showing gear, but by explaining how it ties into MIOSHA and OSHA expectations and your written safety program.
Supervisors and foremen learn what to look for during daily walks, how to correct issues without shutting down productivity, and how to document inspections and toolbox talks so they stand up during an inspection or claim review. We can also blend in topic‑specific modules - such as electrical safety, tool and equipment use, or silica and lead awareness - so your team gets a cohesive training package instead of a patchwork of separate classes.
The result is a workforce that spots hazards earlier, uses PPE correctly, and understands why safety procedures protect both their paychecks and the project's bottom line.
